These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("User", "you"), and eMyCart ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our online e-commerce website and services.

By visiting, browsing, registering, or placing an order on eMyCart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

You may browse and purchase items as a guest or by creating an account. When creating an account or checking out as a guest, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete shipping and contact details (including valid phone number and street address).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. eMyCart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent or inaccurate personal details.

All prices listed on eMyCart are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices.

However, in the rare event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous information due to a typographical or system error, eMyCart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product prior to shipping dispatch, notifying the customer promptly.

When you place an order with Cash on Delivery (COD), our automated system or customer service representative may verify your order via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

By opting for Cash on Delivery, you make a bona fide commitment to accept the package and pay the full invoiced amount in Pakistani Rupees to the courier representative upon delivery. Frivolous order cancellations after dispatch, refusal of delivery without valid cause, or fraudulent orders will result in permanent blacklisting from future COD orders.

Deliveries are conducted via third-party courier services (such as TCS, Leopards, Trax, Call Courier). While we strive to meet our stated 2-5 business days delivery window, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by weather conditions, public holidays, regional unrest, or logistical delays.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery by the courier company to your designated delivery address.

Our customers are protected by our official 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Guarantee. If you receive an item that is defective, physically damaged, or substantively different from what was ordered, you must notify our support team within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, its software, code, designs, graphics, audio, video, text, trademarks, and logos are the proprietary property of eMyCart or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan.

In no event will eMyCart, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchased items. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
